The charges for the rental of the facility are as follows:
The entire barn (upper and lower) minimum price is $1,650. The price covers 110 people. Thereafter, the charge is
$15 per person with the maximum capacity of 200. (Price includes square dance
caller)
The upper barn minimum price is $900. This covers the
first 60 people. Thereafter, the charge is $15 per person with the maximum
capacity of 100. (Price includes square dance caller)
The lower barn minimum price $750. This covers the first 50 people. Thereafter, the charge is
$15 per person with the maximum capacity of 100. (Price includes square dance
caller)
The new barn minimum price is
$900.This covers the first 60 people. Thereafter, the charge is $15 per person with the maximum capacity of 200.

Deposit
of $200 is required within 5 days of booking ($400 for the entire barn
rental). This deposit is considered non-refundable unless the cancelled
date can be filled with another booking. All checks should be made
payable to Joe Schultheis and sent to 625 S. Hickory Ridge Road,
Milford, MI. 48380-1501.
